...with a stack of basted quilts, ready for quilting! Lots of clucking will be going on at my place over the next while!
And here is a sneak peak at my Rainy Days and Mondays quilt top:
Have had a lot of anxiety over this one, by far the most time consuming top I have done and until the last second, I was not sure I would even like it. But I KNOW not to get all worked up until the quilting is done, so I bit the bullet and continued forward- I am feeling a bit more cheery about the whole thing now :-)
Coming soon, soon! Life is busy around here, so sometimes these things have to wait.
Love the colors in your to-be-quilteds. :) And Rainy Days looks like it came out very fun. I like the different sizes.
ReplyDeleteI'm pretty sure Rainy Days looks mighty fantastic! I can't wait to see the finished quilt!
ReplyDeleteLookin' good!
ReplyDeleteOh, gosh. I really need to get a cracking! :) Looks wonderful!
ReplyDeleteI'm often on the fence about a new quilt until it's completed and washed. After that, I always love it. :)
ReplyDeleteI'm really excited to see all of your finishes, but especially the parasols quilt.
And ps, I just finished binding the wedding quilt for my step brother. Now I need to wash it and find a way to stuff it into my luggage!
I think they look look lovely, the rainy days will be fab!!
ReplyDeleteI agree, wait till the bitter end to make your decision. The quilting and the binding bring things together. I like what I see though!!
ReplyDeleteOh dear, I can't wait to see the whole Rainy Days & Monday's quilt! I know I say that every time you share anything about it, but seriously, I'm so excited about that one. Looks absolutely awesome from what I can tell! Looks like little umbrella tops! Love it!
