Have started something...something unneeded, unplanned, and uncomplicated. No rules, just fun, using instincts instead of patterns.
AND best of all...using my much loved and never yet cut collection of Anna Maria Horner's Little Folks voile! The evidence:
Yup, the quilting mojo is making a comeback! ;)
Have fun! :) Those are the kinds of projects I like best!
ReplyDeleteoooo! What a teaser! ;) Can't wait to see the masterpiece! (love your approach!!!)
ReplyDeleteOoh, I can't wait to see what you're working on! In a fit of "I've always wanted Little Folks but don't have any" last week, I maybe purchased the collection in fat quarters... and ever since I've been daydreaming about what to make with it! I love being inspired by your projects, and that pile of scraps is such a teaser :)
ReplyDeleteOh yeah! Little Folks voile will bring back any missing mojo!
ReplyDeleteWhoo hoo, yippee!
ReplyDeleteWoo Hoo, this project will be the best, because you winged it along! I love doing that. Slice dice and make something of what you have, never knowing if you cut enough, or too much! Can't wait to see what you are doing!
ReplyDeleteOh yay, I can't wait to see what you're making!!! I've been dreaming about how to use my Little Folks, too, lately :)
ReplyDeleteThere's something a bit thrilling about seeing scraps and knowing you're doing something wonderful half a world away.
ReplyDeleteCongraulations on kicking the mojo stealing gremlins!
duh...CONGRATULATIONS...I can spell I just cant type...
ReplyDeleteHooray for mojo! And AMH voile is soooo dreamy! Can't wait to see what you're working on!
ReplyDeleteWelcome back, mojo! Can't wait to see what you're working on. : )
ReplyDeleteOh it looks fabulous already! :)
ReplyDeleteQuick question about the weight of the voile fabric. Is it like gauze (see through) or is it more like a cotton?
ReplyDeleteDont waste the pile of leftovers either!!
ReplyDeleteTheyd work in a piece too!
