Coasting

Whipped up a couple of these reverse applique coasters for a coworker's birthday:

I made them using the tutorial found here at The Sometimes Crafter. They had been featured as part of the Spice up your Kitchen feature at Noodlehead. It was a great way to use up some scraps I had around the house, and they came together in no time. Aren't they cute? I think they will make a sweet gift!
