Brrrrr....

We are in the midst of a cold snap up here in Winnipeg, with temperatures in the minus 30 degrees Celsius range (that's a frosty -22 on the Fahrenheit scale).

But don't worry about me, it's a great day to make snowballs ;)

Snow balls....great idea. We're snowed right under here in Edmonton too. Thanks goodness I'm off to Victoria in a few hours...I need a little green.

Nice to be reading another Manitoban's blog - I am in Altona area. Let's hope that south wind brings some warmer temps our way!

What a winter wonderland!! Just looking at your photo makes me feel cold...even if it's a sunny 67 degrees here in Florida... ;)

3-5" of the white stuff predicted for tonight/tomorrow. Have almost run out of spots to put the stuff...that's saying something since we live on 20+ acres!!! Sunny right now and about to head to the sewing machine for some quality time! Very SUB-zero by the end of the week. Welcome to January!!!! That kind of snowball is always in season :-)

Stay warm! We have more snow and now ice adding itself on top of that. A wonderful excuse to sew today. Your Pips look adorable! Is that block called a snowball?

Found you somehow, but didn't realize you were Canadian until I saw the mention of Celsius! :) I'm going to blame you for the cold weather we've had here in Ontario all weekend. Although it gave a great reason to shop for fabric! ;)
